Always striving for
perfection
We, at Aerial Data Inc., realize that in today’s business world the
competition is very high. Some large companies loose track of projects
which result in long delivery dates and frustrated customers. We are a
small company that prides ourselves in working together as a team, which
makes it very easy to track projects and deliver them to our clients in
a timely manner. We would like very much to be given the opportunity to
become one of your valued service providers. Upon your request we can
provide you with a reference list of satisfied customers. We look
forward to serving you in the future.
Introduction
Since its founding in 1976 by William Warenski and Kenneth Garcal,
Aerial Data Inc., has grown to include the latest in stereo plotting and
printing equipment. Our departments, (Aero-triangulation, Compilation,
Scanning, Orthophoto, Printing and Delivery), compliment each other in
the daily production of topographic mapping. We are committed to
accuracy with strict quality control in all departments. Our
interdepartmental system ensures not only consistency, but timely
delivery of projects. As new technologies are developed, we will
continue to update and enhance our services.
Digital Orthophotos and
Aero-Triangulation
We can provide digital orthophotos and join overlapping images into a
mosaic. With sufficient horizontal and vertical data the image can be
corrected for elevation change, such as large stock piles, gravel and
dirt pits, hills, mountains and other relief. The images can be in color
or grayscale. The final corrected image can be plotted on mylar or paper
with contour lines overlaid on the image if desired. We can also provide
Aero-Triangulation.
Precision Photogrammetric
Scanning
Our UltraScan 5000 can produce resolutions between 50 dpi to 10,160 dpi.
Source material can be film or paper and can be negative or positive.
The image can be in many formats including JPEG, TIFF, RAW, EPS, DCS
with 8 or 16 bit color. Other formats are available upon request.
Printing Department
We can provide many forms of printed media. Such as glossy or matte
paper, matte mylar and vellum. If needed there other types of material
as well. The preparation of plan and profile sheets, reproducible mylars
and aerial enlargements serve our engineering and architectural clients.
Our printer is a Hewlett Packard Designjet 800 with 42” media width.
File Translation and
Delivery
We can provide hard copies of the digital files on diskette, tape
cartridge, Zip drive, DVD or as a CD-ROM. The files can also be delivered
electronically over the Internet as E-mail or to a FTP site. The
electronic data can be delivered in many different formats including
AutoCAD 2002 .dwg, AutoCAD .dxf, MicroStation .dgn. Please contact
us if you have a specific format needed and we will discuss your needs.
Compilation
Our Dat/em Summit softcopy stereoplotters and an Intergraph IMA
analytical stereoplotter collect data directly into AutoCAD with the aid
of a Dat/em software interface for digital 3D mapping. Our softcopy
software can also collect data directly in Microstation. Using Land
Desktop 3 we are able to produce cross sections, volume computations,
and digital terrain or elevation models. Our editing stations use
digitizing tables and modern high performance computers making editing
and hand digitizing fast and accurate.
